We are a Czech manufacturer of industrial luminaires with more than 35 years of experience, specializing in a wide range of industrial and specialty luminaires suitable for various industries such as oil & gas, chemical & pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial and more.
The company VYRTYCH was founded in 1990 by Ing. Ladislav Vyrtych with a clear vision: to supply reliable and high quality lighting for industrial and demanding applications. For more than 35 years, the company has developed into one of Europe's leading manufacturers of luminaires for special environments. A team of more than 100 employees constantly innovates products and production processes to offer customers the best solutions tailored to their projects.
We focus on the production of specialty luminaires for demanding industries and sectors such as oil & gas, chemical & pharmaceutical, energy, transportation, healthcare, industrial manufacturing, public sector, food or automotive.
We produce luminaires for environments with explosion hazards, extreme temperatures, but also for clean rooms, anti-vandal and industrial luminaires. All our luminaires are characterized by top technical parameters. Our slogan Safety and innovation reflects our commitment to safety and the continuous improvement of our products.
When developing our luminaires, we place emphasis on environmental friendliness. We produce highly efficient and easily repairable luminaires with a long service life, designed with recyclable materials in mind.
The development department at VYRTYCH focuses on the design of high quality and efficient luminaires with an emphasis on longevity and environmental friendliness. We use first-class components with excellent optical and technical properties to ensure reliable operation even under demanding conditions. The luminaires achieve a high colour rendering index, thermal and mechanical resistance and a lifetime in excess of 100,000 hours. A 5-year warranty and an emphasis on the reparability and recyclability of the materials used are a matter of course.
Our ownership group includes an accredited testing laboratory that operates in accordance with international IEC 17025 standards, giving us confidence that our products meet the most stringent quality and safety requirements.
VYRTYCH has a high production capacity in the field of machining and processing of metal materials. Thanks to modern technologies and an experienced team, we can efficiently cover a wide range of metal fabrication requirements.
VYRTYCH has its own moulds and technologies for the production of plastic components for luminaires. This gives us full control over quality, flexibility in product development and efficient management of the entire production process.
Painting is done using a powder coating method that ensures uniform and highly durable surface coverage.
The standard finish is powder coating in RAL 9016 (white) with the option of special finishes such as antibacterial coating. The result is a surface with high mechanical resistance, effective corrosion protection and a long service life even under demanding operating conditions.
The installation of the luminaires is carried out in several carefully controlled steps to ensure high quality, safety and reliable functionality of the final product.
Sales support is an integral part of our service. We are an official partner of DIALux software and provide professional lighting calculations for our customers tailored to specific projects.
At the same time, we regularly train our business partners so that they are able to use our products effectively and provide qualified technical support to their customers.
